Design Notes
We designed this part to be homologous to the GAL1 ORF in the S. cerevisiae S288C genome.
In particular, this part is identical to the nucleotides from 31 to 75 of the reverse complement of the GAL10 ORF (locus tag: YBR020W - http://www.yeastgenome.org/).
This sequence does not show significant alignments with other genomic regions of S288C strain.
